The change we seek is equality for LGBT+ people at work and across society. This change is not inevitable. It can only happen when we are committed to campaign for, champion and defend it.

Versions of the Clifford Chance Pride Art show, created in collaboration with Arcus, the firm's global affinity network for LGBT+ colleagues and allies, have been organised in various of our offices since 2007 in demonstration of our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for our colleagues and the wider LGBT+ community.

The artworks themselves are created predominantly by LGBT+ artists in the locality of each of our participating global offices.

2021 marks the 15^th year of Clifford Chance Pride Art. This year, as every year, we welcome you to explore these works; share them; reflect on them; enjoy them and be empowered.

Virtual Pride Art Gallery 2021 – Americas

In honor of Gay Pride Month and in celebration of the fifteen-year anniversary of our annual Pride art exhibition, Arcus Americas—the Americas chapter of Clifford Chance's global LGBT+ and allies community—is pleased to present Force for Change, a virtual exhibition in parallel with fourteen of the Firm's offices around the world

Virtual Pride Art Gallery 2021 – Australia

The 2020/2021 exhibition has been curated by Sydney curator Jimmy Twin who organised a group of 10 artists (including himself) to design artwork for virtual postcards to share with our people and clients across the country. The works showcase diverse artists from both Perth and Sydney to capture the essence of Australia's vibrant LGBT+ community.

Virtual Pride Art Gallery 2021 – Germany

For the 2021 Arcus Pride Art exhibition, the German team went all digital and created a virtual 360° gallery and a film in this year's location "Kunstverein Familie Montez" in Frankfurt, Germany explaining the exhibition as well as the meaning of the Arcus network, Arcus Pride art and this year's motto: CHANGE.

Virtual Pride Art Gallery 2021 – Hong Kong

This year, we are delighted to partner with Gallery HZ on our virtual Pride Art exhibition, showcasing two exceptional artists – Ghost Mountain Field and Clément Denis. As symbolized by "Hz", a measuring unit of sound frequency "hertz", HZ Gallery works with a roster of artists whose multidisciplinary creations produce a unique frequency that aesthetically and conceptually resonates with art lovers and collectors alike, connecting different people across the cultural spectrum.

Virtual Pride Art Gallery 2021 – Italy

Clifford Chance Italy has partnered with Istituto Italiano di Fotografia, a multifunctional photography school with more of 25 years of presence in Italy, and the gallery, Tallulah Studio Art Milan, to reaffirm its longstanding and active commitment towards inclusion and diversity through a comprehensive artistic path that embraces different styles, forms and techniques, from photography to painting and sculpture.

Virtual Pride Art Gallery 2021 – Singapore

Clifford Chance Singapore is delighted to provide a platform for some of Singapore's brightest upcoming talent. Using a variety of mediums and methods our local artists explore queer themes including the infinitely faceted transgender experience, journeys of self-discovery, and the lived experiences of those whose identities may not align with social norms.

Virtual Pride Art Gallery 2021 – Tokyo

Clifford Chance is pleased to present our annual Pride Art Exhibition 2021 in Tokyo. Following an absence in 2020 due to the challenges presented by COVID19, the exhibition returns this year, once again transforming the space in our Tokyo office into an art gallery, showcasing the talented artists and curators with whom we have partnered for this unique event.

Cole Porter was an American composer and songwriter, many of whose love songs have become standards recorded by artists from Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra to U2. Writing in 1920s New York, Cole found a clever way to write freely without fear of retribution. His love songs are coded, loaded with sly references to those in the know, and wonderfully ambiguous. For the first time in mainstream culture he deliberately replaced "he" and "she" with "me", "you" and "us".
