Alvin has advised a variety of stakeholders including banks, hedge funds, private equity funds, creditor groups, insolvency appointment holders and distressed companies. He focuses on providing strategic advice and creative solutions to his clients regarding special situations investments, consensual and contentious restructurings, and formal insolvencies.
