- Providing specialist data centre advice to an international institutional investor on their investment in a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centres across a number of European jurisdictions. The operator is a key player in the digital infrastructure sector with more than 420MW of capacity committed to hyperscalers with significant additional land to support a total potential capacity of over 1GW.
- A lender in respect of a £70 million financing facility of a circa £1.9 billion data centre campus development site that had already secured planning permission and power.
