Clifford Chance

Ines is part of our Equity Capital Markets team in London. She has experience advising companies, investment banks and financial investors on a variety of equity capital markets transactions in the UK and internationally (including initial public offerings, secondary capital raises, block trades and ongoing legal and regulatory obligations of listed corporates) in a variety of industries and sectors. Ines also has experience advising banks on debt capital markets programme updates.

Ines is a member of the firm's Consumer Goods and Retail sector, with a particular interest in the luxury sub-sector. Ines is also proficient in Portuguese.
