Nicole Kidney is a Senior Associate in our Global Tech Group. With a keen interest in cutting-edge technologies, Nicole specialises in AI, data law and public policy. Her expertise spans a wide range of advisory and transactional matters, working with clients to address strategic issues related to AI policy, emerging technologies, privacy, online safety and cyber security.

Nicole has considerable experience advising global technology companies, manufacturers, investment banks and funds on their AI strategy. She has helped clients build AI governance frameworks and address risks and opportunities relating to the EU AI Act. Nicole has also spent time in-house supporting one of our clients with privacy and AI matters.

Nicole actively engages in thought leadership on AI and privacy and has been featured in Craft Counsel and TechUK publications. Nicole is an active member of Clifford Chance's gender parity group Accelerate.
