Phil’s practice is focused on U.S. capital markets and corporate finance transactions. Clients benefit from his experience of representing sponsors, corporate issuers and underwriters in connection with international securities offerings. These include a number of award-winning and landmark transactions that were firsts within their respective markets. Phil also has experience of representing clients in senior and bridge acquisition facilities.
