Recent experience includes advising:

• the mandated lead arrangers on the €3.3 billion financing of European data centres owned and operated by DATA4, the Brookfield-owned data centre operator in France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany and Greece. The financing package includes €2.2 billion of new term debt for DATA4’s StableCo group, and a €1.1 billion incremental Capex Facility for DATA4’s existing GrowthCo group (to support further greenfield projects and acquisitions).
• the mandated lead arrangers on a high yield bond and super senior bank facilities refinancing for Currenta Group, a German chempark operator owned by Macquarie.
• the mandated lead arrangers on the EUR2.4bn refinancing of a pan-European portfolio of data centres owned by EQT's portfolio company EdgeConnex and on subsequent incremental EUR1.75bn additional capex financing.
• advised the lenders on the financing of Cinven's strategic investment in Grant Thornton UK, one of the UK's leading diversified professional services firms offering audit, tax and advisory services and led by 200+ partners with over 5000 employees
• the mandated lead arrangers on the EUR2.5bn term loan B refinancing of Action (leading European non-food discount retailer owned by 3i) and subsequent incremental financings and refinancings.
• the arrangers and note purchasers in relation to the EUR620m bank and bond financing for SIRO's fibre roll-out programme in Ireland*
• Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets and other institutions on the EUR6.3bn loan and high yield bond financing for their acquisition of TDC (Danish telecoms operator).
• the mandated lead arrangers on the senior secured financings for the acquisitions by PAI Partners of M Group Services, Ethypharm, Martindale Pharma and Atos Medical.
• J Sainsbury plc on the financing for its public takeover acquisition of the Argos retail business
