- Represented a major U.S. health system in a joint venture establishing a data innovation company utilizing AI for the analysis of health data.*

- Represented TPG Capital in its carve-out acquisition with Francisco Partners of Boomi, a leading provider of cloud-based integration platform as a service, from Dell Technologies in a cash transaction valued at US$4 billion.*
