Clifford Chance

Chris Fawcett is a member of the UK Inclusion Team and works on the strategic, tactical, and operational delivery of Clifford Chance's inclusion policies and campaigns within the London and Newcastle offices.

Since registering as severely sight impaired in 2015, Chris has used his lived experience to advocate for inclusion and equity within the workplace and in wider society, for disability and other marginalised groups.

Prior to joining Clifford Chance Chris worked for a multinational education company where he advised on regulatory compliance. He founded the company's employee representative group for disability in the UK before expanding the initiative globally. He has presented at numerous domestic, regional, and global conferences on disability equity, accessibility and inclusive design.
