His litigious experience includes proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia, in private enforcement proceedings as well as defending regulatory proceedings brought by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Additionally, Sam regularly advises clients in relation to foreign direct investment in Australia (FIRB).
