Tereza Boguská Řehořová is a Czech-qualified senior associate who specialises in real estate acquisitions across all sectors - retail, hotels, office and logistics - as well as on real estate financing.
Although primarily a real estate and real estate financing specialist and a key member of the Prague office's real estate practice, Tereza has also a growing track record on numerous cross-border finance transactions and broad range of banking and finance transactions.
- Advising Komerční banka, Česká spořitelna and Raiffeisenbank in connection with club loan facility provided to finance development of the largest ever warehouse in the Czech Republic in Kojetín.
- Advising on multiple-layers complex transaction containing several transfers of title to the Aircraft and financing of purchase of the Aircraft covering multiple jurisdictions in Europe as well as United States.
- Advising ARETE, the investment and real estate group, in connection with the bank financing of its portfolio in excess of one hundred million euros, that was signed with a consortium of banks Česká spořitelna and Slovenská sporiteľňa.
- Advising G City Europe on recent disposal of Atrium Palác Pardubice, a shopping centre located in the heart of Pardubice, Czech Republic, and the adjacent land plot for EUR 123.8 million.
- Advising LCN Capital Partners on sale and lease back acquisition of a portfolio consisting of 11 car showrooms in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and related financing obtained from UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia.
- Advising Generali Real Estate, one of the world’s leading real estate asset managers, on the aprox. CZK 3.5 billion acquisition of Kotva Department Store in Prague city centre.
- Advising a club of lenders in connection with club loan facility provided to finance development of a high-profile office building Masaryčka.
- Advising Česká spořitelna on financing of acquisition of SOGOS - FANAM by Oriens Fund.
- Advising Heimstaden Bostad, leading residential property company in the Nordic countries, on EUR 1.3 billion acquisition of the RESIDOMO residential portfolio located in the Moravia-Silesia region that consists of more than 42,000 residential units - it is by far the largest residential portfolio in the Czech Republic.
