Anastasios represents clients before the Court of Justice of the EU and also handles behavioural antitrust and trade law matters.

- Advised Moravia Gas Storage (formerly Globula) on its actions before the EU General Court (T-465/11) and the EU Court of Justice (C-596/13) against the EU Commission's decision regarding third party access to the Underground Gas Storage Facility in Damborice (Czech Republic).
- Advised Citi on the sale of its consumer banking business in Greece
- Advised Emma Capital on Emma Delta's acquisition of a 33% stake in the Greek gaming company OPAP SA
- Advised the Belgian government on securing state aid clearance(s) for the Dexia restructuring
- Advised KONE on its actions before the EU General Court (T-151/07) and the EU Court of Justice (C-510/11) against the EU Commission's decision on the elevators and escalators investigation
- Advised the Software & Information Industry Association on its interventions in the follow-on appeals before the EU General Court (T-167/08 and T-271/06) regarding the EU abuse of dominance investigation of Microsoft
- Clifford Chance advises Emma Capital on the €712 million acquisition by Emma Delta of a stake in Greek gaming monopoly, OPAP, and on the groundbreaking €400 million high yield financing – the first known instance where high yield notes were used to finance the purchase of a non-majority stake in a publicly listed company
