Jonathan Dillon specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A for clean energy, renewables and brownfield infrastructure assets.
Jonathan advises private equity, infrastructure funds and other financial investors. He has particular experience in competitive sale processes and the establishment of joint venture structures.
Jonathan was listed as a Private Equity Rising Star in Europe by Law.com in 2021.

- Global Infrastructure Partners on the full exit of its 50% interest in the 1.2 GW UK offshore wind farm (the world's largest operating offshore wind farm at the time)
- Ontario Teachers Pension Plan and KKR on their acquisition of a 40% stake in Caruna
- Brookfield Infrastructure on its acquisition of a 49% interest in Telia Towers
- Ardian, alongside PIF on its acquisition of 37.62% of Heathrow Airport for £3.26bn
- Iberdrola on its offshore wind investment in Ireland alongside DP Energy
- Arcus Infrastructure and José de Mello Group on the joint sale of a combined 81.1% majority stake in Brisa Auto-Estradas de Portugal S.A.
