Nicholas Hughes specialises in cross-border and domestic M&A, restructurings, public takeovers, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
Nicholas acts for corporates, private equity houses and energy and infrastructure investors. He has a wide range of experience in the energy and resources sector with a particular focus on the power industry. Nicholas is co-head of the East African section of the Clifford Chance Global Africa Group.
Nicholas is the Africa Practice Leader for Power and Renewables.
