At Clifford Chance, S.L.P. we foster a culture where everyone feels comfortable to express themself without fear of reprisal, especially when reporting potential breaches under Act 2/2023, of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and on anti-corruption (Act 2/2023). This is one of the guiding principles of our Code of Conduct.
For this reason, our internal whistleblowing channel provides the following options for reporting actions or omissions that may constitute breaches subject to Act 2/2023 by clients, suppliers, collaborators, employees, partners, and any other persons who maintain, have maintained or begin a working or professional relationship with Clifford Chance, S.L.P.:
- In writing, using our guidance form, to be sent by email or post to:
